Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to join our project, utilizing the BetB2B platform. This position offers a fully remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
• Setting tasks in the tracker and accepting their completion• Working with Google Sheets and Forms• Synchronizing marketing, design, and development teams• Monitoring service performance and escalating bugs• Creating technical specifications for landing pages and chatbots• Assisting the Product Manager with backlog management
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product or project support, coordination, or operations• Proficient in MS Office and Google Office suites• Familiarity with Asana, Jira, or Trello is a plus• Experience with A/B testing is an advantage
