Role Overview
A digital entertainment team focused on product processes and operational efficiency is looking for a specialist to manage campaigns, segmentation, and the stability of product mechanics.
Key Responsibilities
• Setting up product campaigns: promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback, automations.• Managing user segments and rules.• Interacting with CRM, Marketing, Support, and Compliance teams.• Communicating with the platform and external providers.• Assigning tasks to designers, frontend/backend, and CRM operations.• Testing features, verifying releases, and controlling process stability.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Understanding of product processes and promo/bonus mechanics.• Ability to clearly formulate tasks and build communication.• Attentiveness, structured approach, and data handling skills.• Ability to multitask and prioritize.• English B2+.• Experience in testing and release verification.• Basic understanding of product metrics (Retention / Conversion / ARPU).• Experience as a Game Manager / Casino Manager.
