Role Overview

An international digital entertainment project is looking for a Promo Bonus Manager to manage user retention campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Launching and optimizing promotional campaigns, bonuses, and player retention systems;• Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;• Monitoring key metrics (RR, ARPU, LTV, ROI, GGR/NGR).

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital entertainment (Promo/Bonus/CRM/Retention);• Experience working with multiple GEOs simultaneously (Tier-1, Tier-2, LATAM);• Understanding of bonus economics and basic anti-fraud principles.
