Role Overview
Seeking a Promo Manager to develop the promotional direction within a digital entertainment project. We need a specialist who can launch bonus mechanics, analyze their effectiveness, and impact key business metrics of the product.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, launch, and support promo campaigns from idea to final analysis;• Formulate campaign concepts, calculate budgets, and forecast effectiveness;• Prepare technical specifications and coordinate the work of content, design, analytics, and technical teams;• Analyze the results of promotional activities and identify areas for growth;• Compare campaign metrics dynamically and prepare recommendations for improvement;• Monitor the execution of the marketing plan;• Maintain reporting on launched activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the digital entertainment industry for 3+ years;• Understanding of promo mechanics, bonus systems, and player segmentation;• Data analysis skills and campaign effectiveness forecasting;• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, analytics);• Strong analytical thinking;• Attention to detail and ability to organize work independently.
