Role Overview

This role involves identifying and onboarding payment service providers (cards/APM), negotiating tariffs (MDR), service level agreements (SLA), and limits. You will optimize the payment stack, including routing, cascading, improving approval rates, and reducing commissions and chargebacks, in collaboration with Risk/Compliance teams. Responsibilities also include launching new payment methods and integrations with product and engineering departments, managing partner relationships (QBR, incident resolution), maintaining CRM records, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports, and participating in business trips.
