Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Team Lead to manage a team of testers and ensure the high quality of our digital products. This role involves planning, developing test documentation, conducting functional testing, and advancing automated testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a team of QA engineers (5-6 people)
• Planning and developing test documentation, including for automated testing
• Performing functional testing for both frontend and backend components
• Developing and maintaining automated UI and API tests, participating in automated test code reviews
• Establishing quality metrics and enhancing the effectiveness of manual and automated tests
• Supporting product releases
Requirements & Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead role
