• Active sourcing of candidates on job boards and various resources
• Conducting screenings and interviews with hiring managers
• Managing communication with internal clients
• Providing regular reports
• Continuously seeking new recruitment tools and channels
• Developing candidate profiles
• Regular market research
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter or HR Specialist in the digital entertainment industry
• Active LinkedIn profile
• Proven track record of successfully closing C-Level, Head, or complex marketing positions
• Understanding of product and external marketing metrics
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess both soft and hard skills
• Advanced search proficiency in LinkedIn and Google
• Experience recruiting candidates via Telegram, social networks, and unconventional channels
• Strong networking abilities and experience attending conferences
• High degree of autonomy in task execution and excellent time-management skills
• Results-oriented with a high level of motivation
