Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing company in a similar role
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Skills in active sourcing and utilizing modern search channels
• Experience in conducting interviews using various techniques
• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and handle objections
• Result-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• English level — Intermediate or higher
