Role Overview
An international media buying team with over 450 employees worldwide is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead. This role involves managing the recruitment team, developing employees, and monitoring results.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble a team of recruiters and sourcers• Distribute vacancies and control team workload• Monitor key recruitment metrics: closing speed, funnel conversion, candidate quality• Assist recruiters with finding and closing complex positions• Build and improve internal team processes
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment• Understanding the specifics of hiring Media Buyers, Team Leads, and other specialists in performance marketing• Strong skills in searching and working with niche profiles• High level of independence, responsibility, and leadership qualities
