Role Overview
This is a brand-new project, built from scratch, offering the opportunity to shape the strategy and processes independently. You will have a strong, experienced team providing full support, ready budgets, and real resources. The role focuses on the US market within the digital entertainment sector. We are seeking an individual who genuinely understands Reddit, beyond just casual browsing. Your responsibilities will include running paid Reddit Ads, managing two official brand subreddits, and fostering genuine trust within the community.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch and optimize Reddit Ads campaigns• Set up and manage two official subreddits (including rules and FAQ)• Create native posts, conduct AMAs (Ask Me Anything), distribute bonus codes, and share payout proofs• Publicly address reviews and complaints• Monitor brand mentions and engage with moderators
Requirements & Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience with Reddit (SMM/Ads/moderation/performance marketing)• Experience within the digital entertainment niche (any platform)• English language proficiency B2+/C1• Comfortable handling negative feedback• Thorough understanding of Reddit's rules and best practices for maintaining account and subreddit standing
