Role Overview
We are seeking a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to enhance brand presence on Reddit for the US market. If you are proficient in managing Reddit Ads, cultivating active communities, and overseeing brand reputation, we invite you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Reddit Ads. • Create and develop official brand subreddits. • Develop community structures (FAQ, rules, 18+/21+). • Publish native content, reviews, Code Drops, payment confirmations, and AMAs. • Engage with users, manage feedback, and oversee brand reputation. • Interact with moderators of relevant subreddits. • Analyze the effectiveness of advertising and community growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Reddit. • Practical experience launching Reddit Ads. • Experience in gaming platforms, interactive entertainment, or digital media. • English proficiency at B2–C1 level. • Understanding of Reddit rules, moderation, and anti-spam policies. • Experience with proxy and anti-detect tools is a plus.
