Role Overview
Dodo Brands is looking for a Reels creator to help develop the brand's federal Instagram presence and produce viral short video content for social media. The company focuses on unique formats, organic reach, and content that users want to rewatch and share. Join the team to create engaging video content.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the federal Instagram account and short video content direction
• Invent and launch new Reels formats
• Manage the entire content creation cycle: ideas, scripts, shooting, editing, and publishing
• Generate ideas independently and participate in brainstorms
• Monitor trends and algorithms for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Analyze metrics, test hypotheses, and improve results
• Collaborate with SMM, design, and copywriting teams
• Maintain a content plan and coordinate content production
• Potentially develop multiple brand media channels simultaneously
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in creating short viral videos
• Portfolio with cases where the average number of video views is 30,000+
• Mobile shooting and editing skills
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
• Ability to write scripts and independently organize the shooting process
• Skills in content effectiveness analysis
• Good visual taste, keen observation, and creative thinking
• Proficient written communication
• Plus: experience with serial vertical formats
• Plus: experience creating food content or working in HoReCa
• Plus: experience in content production and team coordination
• Plus: experience launching content projects and brand media from scratch
