Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive business expansion through a robust regional marketing strategy, scaling user acquisition efforts, enhancing brand recognition, and optimizing unit economics. This pivotal role encompasses performance marketing, affiliate programs, influencer collaborations, CRM, brand management, and other key growth channels, with a strong emphasis on ROI, CAC, LTV, NGR, and GGR. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to localize campaigns effectively, manage diverse partners and teams, rigorously test growth hypotheses, and collaborate seamlessly across product, analytics, and CRM departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective regional marketing strategies
• Scale user acquisition across diverse channels, including performance, affiliate, influencer, CRM, and brand initiatives
• Enhance brand awareness within target regional markets
• Optimize unit economics with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, NGR, and GGR metrics
• Localize marketing campaigns to resonate with regional specificities
• Manage external partners and internal marketing teams effectively
• Test and validate growth hypotheses for continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and CRM teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to localize campaigns for diverse markets
• Experience in managing partners and marketing teams
• Proficiency in testing growth hypotheses and data-driven decision making
