Role Overview
We are seeking a Retention Call Operator to support our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound script-based calls and communicate with clients;• Send emails, messages, and SMS using the existing user database;• Analyze user preferences and assist in creating custom bonus campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Native or fluent Turkish language (required);• Russian language at B1 level or higher (preferred).
