Role Overview

This role involves communicating with customers to understand their needs and supporting retention campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls using prepared scripts and establishing strong communication with clients. You will also be responsible for sending emails, SMS, and messages to users, working with the existing database, and analyzing customer activity. Additionally, you will assist in testing new communication methods, promotions, and special offers.
