Role Overview
We are seeking a Retention Call Operator to support our marketing campaigns. This role involves client interaction and assisting in the development of custom bonus offers.
Key Responsibilities
• Making outbound script-based calls and communicating with clients
• Sending emails, messages, and SMS using the existing player database
• Analyzing player preferences and assisting in creating custom bonus campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications
• Native or fluent Turkish language proficiency (required)
• Russian language proficiency at B1 level or higher (preferred)
