Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Retention Manager for a remote position. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement customer retention strategies, analyze churn points, and optimize customer activity metrics on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer churn points and build effective retention strategies
• Work with and optimize customer retention scenarios
• Launch and analyze hypotheses aimed at improving retention
• Optimize key customer retention and activity metrics
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in the Forex or binary options industry
• Understanding of retention metrics, customer segmentation, and A/B testing
• Experience working with CRM funnels and retention scenarios
• Strong client communication skills and ability to handle objections
• Understanding of Forex fundamentals, risk management, and compliance principles
