Role Overview
An international project is seeking an experienced Retention Manager to develop CRM and user retention strategies. This role involves creating and implementing comprehensive programs aimed at increasing user loyalty and engagement on an interactive entertainment platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive user retention strategies and launch effective CRM campaigns
• Segment the user base, conduct in-depth analyses, and optimize key performance metrics
• Lead a dedicated team and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Analytics departments
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of proven experience in Retention or CRM roles within international digital entertainment projects
• Demonstrated experience in team management and strong analytical capabilities
• Proficiency with various CRM tools and an English language level of B2 or higher
