Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retention Manager to join a large international digital entertainment holding. The company operates three successful brands and has over 15 years of market experience. We are currently actively developing our presence in African markets, seeking a strong specialist with proven experience in this region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and effectively implement customer retention strategies. • Manage the full user lifecycle, including onboarding, reactivation, and loyalty programs. • Execute CRM communications across various channels: push notifications, SMS, email, and in-app messages. • Develop and implement bonus programs and VIP mechanics. • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and in-depth analytics. • Drive growth in key metrics: Retention, LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Retention or CRM. • Mandatory experience in the digital entertainment industry with a focus on African markets, particularly Kenya and Tanzania. • Strong analytical approach and results-oriented mindset. • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
