Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retention Manager to focus on user retention strategies, loyalty programs, and engaging mechanics within our interactive entertainment project. This role involves in-depth analysis of user behavior and optimizing their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and launch effective retention campaigns
• Work with user segmentation and analyze behavior patterns
• Calculate promotion economics and evaluate activity effectiveness
• Launch A/B tests and validate hypotheses for optimization
• Work with key metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR
• Analyze the market, competitors, and innovative gaming mechanics
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience working in the interactive entertainment or digital gaming platforms sector
• Experience launching tournaments, missions, quests, lotteries, jackpots, or bonus mechanics
• Understanding of gamification, progression, reward systems, and player motivational cycles
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar data analysis tools
