Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in the digital entertainment industry for 1-2 years. • Understanding of sports analytics products, sports events, and betting types. • Experience in launching retention, CRM, or promotional campaigns. • Skills in player segmentation and user behavior analysis. • Understanding of key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI. • Experience with CRM platforms. • Ability to write clear technical specifications for designers, developers, CRM, and content teams. • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
