• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development• Experience in Mobcash, Bank Transfer, FinTech, Payments, or the interactive entertainment industry• Ability to find and attract new partners, including cold outreach• Negotiation and partner support skills• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets• Local experience or contacts in Uzbekistan/Mongolia is a significant plus• Experience with X-platform is welcome
