Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the I/O Money team. This role involves the full cycle of B2B sales, from prospecting new clients in the interactive entertainment sector to building long-term relationships and presenting our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and attract new clients in the interactive entertainment sector• Full cycle of B2B sales: from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing and client onboarding• Present the company's payment solutions• Build and develop long-term relationships with operators, aggregators, and partners• Conduct online meetings, commercial negotiations, and participate in deal closing• Interact with integration, accounting, compliance, and product teams for successful client launches• Maintain CRM and manage your own sales pipeline• Analyze the market, competitors, and new business development opportunities• Participate in relevant international conferences and exhibitions (SiGMA, SBC Summit, iGB, ICE, etc.)
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development in interactive entertainment, FinTech, Payments sectors• Understanding of the interactive entertainment market and payment infrastructure in target regions• Experience in B2B sales, ability to negotiate and close deals• Autonomy — managing clients from first contact to connection• Having contacts and a network of acquaintances in the interactive entertainment industry will be an advantage• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and business communication skills• Fluent in Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher• Self-reliance, proactivity, and results-orientation
