Role Overview
We are inviting female candidates for a Sales Manager position to work with hot and warm clients. Your role will involve communicating with clients over the phone, handling objections, answering questions, and helping them regain trust for continued engagement. You will be making 10-30 calls daily, with each call lasting 2-15 minutes.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with hot and warm clients via phone calls• Handle objections and answer client questions• Assist clients in rebuilding trust and re-engaging• Make 10-30 calls per day (call duration 2-15 minutes)
Requirements & Qualifications
• Mandatory conversational Kazakh and Russian language proficiency• Experience in sales or client communication is a plus• Experience with investment products is beneficial for understanding the domain• Easygoing communication style and positive attitude towards people• Ability to work effectively in stressful situations• Readiness for full work immersion, not just a part-time commitment
