Role Overview
Join the easy team, operating in FinTech consulting across Tier-1 European markets. We assist clients with legal matters related to their digital assets. We have a steady flow of warm leads and a fully legal product. We are currently building a strong team for our new office in Kyiv.
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting negotiations in English, primarily via messengers, utilizing voice communication as the main tool for closing deals.
• Providing full client support from initial application to successful payment.
• Working within the CRM system, ensuring organized and efficient processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
• English language proficiency at B2 level. Confidence and persuasive skills are key, not a perfect accent.
• Sales experience of one year or more. Experience in Crypto, FinTech, Digital gaming content, or Nutra is a plus. Understanding the specifics of 'grey' niches is welcomed.
• Maturity and professionalism, with the ability to achieve results independently without micromanagement.
• Willingness to train candidates without prior experience, provided they demonstrate a strong desire to learn.
