Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming applications within the CRM system;• Manage FD/RD leads effectively;• Provide client consultations and ongoing support;• Achieve set Key Performance Indicators and deliver results.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in financial sales (experience in Tier-1 markets is a significant advantage);• Possess a PC or laptop and a stable internet connection;• Willingness to work according to the 11:00–23:00 (MSK) schedule;• Demonstrate responsibility, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability;• Aspiration for professional growth and increased earnings.
