Role Overview
We are looking for two experienced night shift managers to process first deposit traffic for an in-house interactive entertainment product. The sales funnel is highly automated: leads independently reach the offer stage, and scripts are already prepared for most situations. Your main task will be to effectively process traffic and guide leads to their first deposit.
Key Responsibilities
• Process incoming traffic• Guide leads to their first deposit• Work within a pre-built automated sales funnel• Utilize prepared scripts and handling techniques• Work with CRM and Chatterfy systems• Achieve the established monthly plan
Requirements & Qualifications
• Sales experience is mandatory• Experience in the interactive entertainment industry is mandatory• Experience in processing first/repeat deposit traffic• Practical experience with Chatterfy is mandatory• Experience working with CRM systems• Fluent Russian language skills• Confident and professional lead handling abilities• This is a Middle-level position• Must have your own PC or laptop and stable internet connection• Must be prepared for a full night shift from 19:00 to 07:00 MSK
