Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager for our fintech and digital products division. We consider both experienced specialists and candidates without sales experience who are ready to complete a test assignment and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with inbound and outbound leads;• Engage in lead generation and client acquisition;• Attract B2B clients in CIS and international markets;• Conduct negotiations with business representatives and top managers of fintech companies;• Develop the client base and build long-term relationships with partners;• Strive to achieve KPIs and commercial targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Confidently conduct business communication in Russian;• Understand the basics of B2B sales or be ready to quickly delve into the specifics;• Work for results and focus on performance indicators;• Independently organize your work;• Be prepared to complete a test assignment;• Ability to work according to GMT+3 schedule.Nice to have:• Experience in B2B services sales;• Interest in the fintech sector;• Experience working with international clients.
