Role Overview

An international fintech company, specializing in developing a platform for payment management and optimizing business payment processes, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Cyprus. The company assists clients in scaling their payment infrastructure and efficiently managing financial flows in highly competitive sectors, including Forex and interactive entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for target markets and industries. • Identify and attract new clients in the Forex, interactive entertainment, and Fintech segments. • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, deeply understanding their business objectives and needs. • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial contact and product presentation to negotiations, terms agreement, and deal closure. • Engage with key decision-makers (CEO, COO, CRO, CFO, Head of Payments, etc.). • Conduct market analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and identify new business opportunities. • Establish a stable and predictable sales pipeline. • Prepare commercial proposals and contribute to new market entry strategies. • Mentor and share expertise with less experienced team members.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in Fintech, Payments, Payment Gateways, or Payment Service Providers. • Deep understanding of the payment solutions market and online payments. • Successful experience working with clients from Forex, interactive entertainment industries, or related verticals. • Experience in building long-term partnerships and conducting complex negotiations. • Ability to work with C-level executives and key stakeholders. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • High level of autonomy and focus on achieving commercial results. • Fluent English proficiency.
