Role Overview
An international FinTech company with over 8 years of experience is seeking a strong Sales Manager to drive business development in the Russian market. The product is online acquiring, facilitating bank card payments on websites and in mobile applications. The primary focus is on actively sourcing B2B clients, engaging with decision-makers (DMs), conducting negotiations, and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively search for and attract new clients through cold sales and outbound outreach
• Engage with decision-makers and conduct negotiations
• Manage deals from initial contact through to closure
• Analyze client business needs and select appropriate payment solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
• Maintain CRM and ensure client database accuracy
• Work with the digital segment, including online games, VPN services, educational platforms, info products, and other online businesses
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Mandatory experience working in the Russian Federation market
• Ability to effectively manage cold sales
• Hunter approach: active search and acquisition of new clients
• Skills in engaging with decision-makers and conducting negotiations
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals and presentations
• Autonomy and results-orientation
• Experience in FinTech, acquiring, banking, or payment solutions will be a significant advantage
• Candidates without 2+ years of B2B sales experience will not be considered
• A 'hunter' mentality is required, not a 'farmer'
