Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager / Traffic Processor specializing in financial markets. This professional will expertly handle leads, making a significant contribution to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently process and analyze incoming traffic
• Professionally handle lead objections, building trust-based dialogues
• Accept constructive feedback and implement it into daily operations
• Remain consistently online and available during working shifts, ensuring a high level of engagement
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experienced traffic processor (sales experience is mandatory)
• English language proficiency at C1 level (or very confident B2)
• Experience working with traffic in the financial markets niche is a plus
• Understanding of trading fundamentals and basic terminology will be an advantage
• Willingness to consider candidates with traffic processing experience in the digital options niche (candidates with experience only in the interactive entertainment sector are not considered)
