Role Overview
The Payment Control Security Specialist will daily monitor payment operations, identify fraud and unjustified accruals, and oversee Payment Support actions. Responsibilities also include creating and configuring corporate accounts, monitoring communications for data leaks, maintaining a corporate account register, auditing access, and ensuring full access revocation upon employee termination. The role also involves preparing reports on Payment Support and VIP Support activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily monitoring of 500–1000 payment operations and control of Payment Support actions. • Identification of fraud, unjustified promo accruals, and balance adjustments. • Creation and configuration of corporate accounts, including secure server access and 2FA. • Monitoring work correspondence for data leaks and regulation violations. • Maintaining a register of corporate accounts and conducting weekly access audits. • Controlling full access revocation upon employee termination. • Preparing reports on Payment Support and VIP Support actions.
