Role Overview
An international product company in the interactive entertainment and digital gaming platforms sector is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager. The company is actively scaling, developing its own product, operating in international markets, and embracing a remote-first culture. With approximately 70 team members, it maintains a flexible structure, high decision-making speed, and minimal bureaucracy. The company regularly participates in international conferences and organizes offline team meetings in various countries.
Key Responsibilities
• Searching for and attracting new webmasters and partners;• Developing and supporting the existing affiliate base;• Negotiating and building long-term partnership relationships;• Analyzing the effectiveness of partner traffic in collaboration with the analytics department;• Achieving goals for affiliate network development and traffic volume growth;• Participating in specialized conferences and industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the interactive entertainment sector;• Ability to scale the partner direction and attract new webmasters;• Skills in developing an existing partner network;• Experience in negotiations and building long-term relationships with partners;• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of partner traffic;• Willingness to participate in specialized conferences and industry events.
