Key Responsibilities
• Search for and develop webmasters (Tier1–Tier3)• Scale partners and their turnovers• Daily communication and building long-term relationships• Select offers for traffic sources• Analytics, reconciliations, and work with KPI• Participate in conferences and professional networking
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in sports entertainment for 2+ years• Understanding of CPA, tracking, postbacks• Experience with sources: FB / PPC / SEO / ASO / In-App• English B1/B2• Proactivity, independence, results-orientation
