Role Overview
CreativeByte is seeking an experienced Senior / Affiliate Team Lead to develop the partner network in the African market. Key Responsibilities
• Develop the affiliate direction for Franco Africa.• Manage and strengthen team performance.• Attract and develop partners: tipsters, streamers, bloggers, influencers, website owners.• Monitor traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV metrics.• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.• Analyze traffic, competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in interactive entertainment / sports analytics / affiliate marketing in a similar role.• Strong experience working with partner traffic.• Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager.• Experience in team management and negotiation.• English language proficiency from B1 level, French is a significant advantage.• Experience with tipster traffic will be particularly important.
