Role Overview
We are actively developing a portfolio of iOS applications, focusing on organic traffic (ASO). Our strategy involves scaling through an application pipeline and rapid hypothesis testing. We are looking for an experienced ASO specialist who can not only optimize but also systematically scale traffic and conversion for a large number of applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Collection and clustering of semantics for interactive entertainment platforms• Metadata optimization (title, subtitle, keywords)• Conversion rate optimization: icons, screenshots, store pages• Conducting A/B tests and implementing winning hypotheses• Scaling solutions across the entire application portfolio• Monitoring metrics and rapid iterations• Competitor analysis and identification of growth opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
• Mandatory experience in interactive entertainment platforms / sports analytics / sweepstakes niches• Experience managing 10+ applications simultaneously• Ability to work with metrics: impressions / TTR / CR / installs• Experience with A/B testing (icons, screenshots, metadata)• Understanding of how App Store algorithms work• Ability to quickly generate and test hypotheses• Experience with ASO tools (Sensor Tower, AppTweak, MobileAction, etc.)• Experience working with large portfolios (a strong plus)• Experience in highly competitive geos (US, CA, AU, etc.) (a strong plus)• Experience with rapid application relaunch / working in an unstable environment (a strong plus)• Ability to scale successful hypotheses across dozens of applications (a strong plus)
