Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with profound expertise in architecting and implementing distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and successfully deploying high-load enterprise-level systems into production environments.
Key Responsibilities
During the initial three months, your key responsibilities will include:• Deploying a production-ready backend architecture• Designing and launching robust data loading pipelines from diverse, heterogeneous sources• Implementing scalable backend services and APIs to support system functionality• Ensuring comprehensive observability, logging, and auditing capabilities for all system actions• Delivering functional endpoints and services that demonstrate stable performance under significant load
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidate requirements include:• Proven experience of 5+ years in launching production systems utilized by businesses or large organizations• A deep and comprehensive understanding of distributed systems and their behavior under various load conditions• Practical, hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable streaming systems• Extensive experience in backend development using Python (specifically FastAPI or similar frameworks)• Strong system design skills, focusing on performance, fault tolerance, and scalability• Readiness to provide verifiable proof of experience, such as GitHub profiles, production case studies, or architectural solutions• Fluent English, as it is the primary working language of the team.
