Key Responsibilities
• Launching and optimizing CRM campaigns, player segmentation, and communication personalization
• Building lifecycle and trigger-based communication flows
• Analyzing effectiveness and improving key metrics
• Developing bonus systems and working with bonus mechanics
• Participating in CRM strategy development
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience as a CRM Manager
• Experience with CRM platforms and automation
• Ability to independently set up campaigns
• Understanding of segmentation and trigger logic
