Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior CRM Manager with a background in interactive entertainment to develop the CRM strategy, launch marketing campaigns, and enhance user retention across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement CRM strategies, launching effective campaigns
• Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and in-depth analysis of CRM metrics
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Promo, and Analytics teams
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of CRM experience within the digital entertainment industry
• Strong understanding of RFM analysis, Retention, LTV, GGR, and ROI metrics
• Proven experience with CRM platforms and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
