Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer for an office-based role in Cyprus. This position requires strong knowledge of corporate law and Common Law, along with experience in corporate structures, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 4-5+ years of experience as a Senior Lawyer / Legal Counsel. • Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law. • Experience with corporate structures, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters. • Fluent Greek and English; Russian is a strong advantage.
