Role Overview
We are a large and rapidly growing performance marketing team, actively expanding our production capabilities. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Motion Designer who can create high-converting creatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Create top-tier creatives for the interactive entertainment vertical — from scratch to final render.• Work with lipsync, footage, composition, dynamics, and lighting.• Actively utilize AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) in production.• Develop and implement engaging and high-converting ideas.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience in the interactive entertainment niche — understanding which approaches and formats are effective.• Strong motion design skills: from concept to execution.• Ability to adapt to tasks and work effectively within a team.• Responsibility for deadlines and continuous involvement in the process.
