Role Overview
We are an international media buying team with over 5 years of experience in the performance marketing and digital entertainment market. Currently, our ecosystem includes more than 500 specialists who daily launch, scale, and optimize advertising campaigns worldwide. We are now strengthening our creative department and are looking for a strong Senior Motion Designer who can generate ideas, quickly create performance creatives, and directly influence team results.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently generate ideas for performance creatives based on input, analytics, and successful cases;• Create video and static creatives for advertising campaigns;• Develop 10+ unique concepts weekly and create variations for testing;• Participate in daily team meetings and brainstorms;• Promptly refine creatives based on launch results and feedback;• Analyze successful and unsuccessful hypotheses, propose new approaches;• Periodically participate in the creation of landing pages and PWA applications.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Motion Designer in a digital entertainment media buying team for 3+ years;• Ability to independently find ideas and transform them into working concepts without detailed technical specifications;• Strong AI workflow: content generation, prompting, and using neural networks to accelerate creative production;• Proficient in Photoshop and/or Figma;• Experience with video editors (After Effects, CapCut, or similar);• High work speed and ability to quickly adapt to test results;• Self-organization, attentiveness, and responsibility in a remote work format;• Calm attitude towards edits, iterations, and a continuous cycle of hypothesis testing.
