Role Overview
An international FinTech project, specializing in developing payment solutions for high-risk businesses, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager. This role involves managing operational teams, scaling processes, and enhancing overall business efficiency. It is important to note that the work focuses on the Ukraine GEO. Candidates located outside of Russia, Belarus, and Uzbekistan are considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the daily operations of multiple operational teams;• Coordinate Team Leads and monitor KPI achievement;• Analyze processes, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements;• Optimize internal regulations and operational processes;• Establish effective interaction between departments;• Participate in launching new projects and automating processes;• Develop teams and assist managers in achieving target metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience as a Senior Operations Manager / Operations Lead / Head of Operations;• Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously;• Understanding of KPI, SLA, and operational analytics;• Strong leadership and communication skills;• Ability to make independent decisions;• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.Nice to have:• Experience in FinTech, interactive entertainment, payment systems, or other high-load digital products;• Experience in automating and scaling operational processes.
