Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to work with RU / CIS markets. This role involves attracting new partners, developing the existing partner base, and analyzing traffic effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Search for and attract new webmasters and partners;• Develop and support the existing affiliate base;• Negotiate and build long-term partnership relations;• Analyze the effectiveness of partner traffic in conjunction with the analytics department;• Achieve goals for developing the partner network and increasing traffic volumes;• Participate in relevant conferences and industry events;
