Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook and In-App platforms, work with PWAs and mobile apps, and analyze campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns on Facebook and In-App platforms
• Work with PWAs and mobile apps
• Analyze the effectiveness of ad bundles and identify growth points
• Set technical specifications for designers and oversee the creative process
• Maintain documentation and reporting for campaigns
• Deeply immerse in GEO specifics: audience, user behavior, local characteristics
• Test new approaches and traffic sources
Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (media buying)
• Experience working with various GEOs, not limited to Tier-1
• Experience with LATAM is a plus
• Experience with multiple traffic sources (Facebook, In-App, Google, etc.)
• Understanding of analytics, testing, and scaling
• Experience using AI tools for analysis and automation is a significant advantage
• Self-reliance, initiative, and results-orientation
