We are expanding our HR department and seeking a recruiter who can identify potential in individuals, build strong partnerships with leads, and successfully fill complex positions within a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities
• Actively sourcing candidates through job sites, social media, professional communities, and other resources• Conducting interviews and screenings in collaboration with leads• Managing the entire recruitment process from profile creation to offer extension• Maintaining continuous communication with hiring managers and gathering feedback• Handling reporting and analytics• Conducting market research and implementing innovative recruitment tools
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting and HR within a digital environment• Proven track record of successfully closing complex and top-tier vacancies (Head, C-level)• Understanding of product and performance marketing principles• Ability to accurately assess both soft and hard skills• Excellent communication skills and confident self-presentation• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques• Experience in recruiting through Telegram, professional communities, and unconventional channels• Readiness to manage 5+ active vacancies simultaneously• High level of engagement, initiative, and autonomy
