Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager for a B2B digital entertainment platform. You will be responsible for attracting new clients, managing the sales funnel, and developing relationships with key partners in the international market.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for and attract new B2B clients in the digital entertainment industry;• Independently form and manage the sales funnel;• Generate and qualify leads (MQL → SQL);• Active outbound activities via LinkedIn, Telegram, Email Outreach, conferences, exhibitions, and personal networking;• Utilize all available lead generation and sales tools;• Conduct product presentations, platform demonstrations, and commercial negotiations;• Prepare commercial proposals and support deals until contract signing;• Achieve individual sales KPIs;• Work with CRM and prepare regular reports;• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events;• Develop relationships with operators, affiliates, agents, and strategic partners;

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the digital entertainment sector;• Experience in roles such as Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Head of Sales, or similar;• Mandatory experience in selling platform solutions for online gaming and sports entertainment operators;• Desirable experience working in companies like SoftSwiss, BetConstruct, EveryMatrix, Digitain, Altenar, Slotegrator, GR8 Tech, or similar providers;• Possession of a personal contact base and warm network among operators will be a significant advantage;• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills;• Understanding of the digital entertainment market, licensing, payment solutions, and game providers;• Readiness for international business trips and conference participation;
