Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager with a deep understanding of social media operations and AI content creation skills. You will be responsible for the full cycle of social media management for our projects, including strategy development, creative production, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and publish diverse content (photos, videos, Reels, stories) for the project's social media channels. • Develop and launch contests, giveaways, and engagement mechanics for active audience involvement. • Manage social networks including Instagram (BR/MX), Telegram (BR/MX), sports entertainment channels, Twitter (MX), with future YouTube development. • Create creatives from scratch, both independently and using neural networks, working with AI agents and generative models for text, images, and video. • Set up analytics, UTM tagging, and link SMM metrics to registration and deposit performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 2-3 years of SMM experience in the interactive entertainment industry. Ability to create and publish content independently, without a producer. • Understanding audience psychology and methods for attracting people in the digital entertainment sector. • Advanced Instagram knowledge: understanding algorithms, Reels mechanics, stories funnels, and nuances of content in the digital entertainment theme. • Experience growing Telegram channels from scratch, native sales, auto-funnels via bots. • Skill in developing contests and viral mechanics (giveaways, challenges, UGC). • 1+ year of experience with neural networks: generating content, texts, ideas (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) is a plus. • Basic proficiency in Figma / CapCut. • Analytics experience: Meta Business Suite, TGStat, LiveDune / Popsters, UTM tagging, linking with performance metrics (registrations, FTD, CPA).
