Role Overview
FYST is an international FinTech company focused on building advanced payment infrastructure for digital businesses globally. We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Specialist to manage and optimize our financial flows and payment operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and control treasury and payment operations
• Optimize and automate processes related to payment flows
• Analyze and improve interactions with PSPs and acquiring services
• Lead and manage teams within treasury functions
Requirements & Qualifications
• Mandatory experience in the FinTech sector
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury or Payment Operations
• Experience in team management
• Deep understanding of PSPs, acquiring, payment flows, and infrastructure
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in process automation and optimization
• Fluent in Russian
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
