Role Overview
DevHunt is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to work on an AI chatbot product. This role offers direct impact on business profit and growth, with the opportunity to build new acquisition channels from scratch in an environment of minimal bureaucracy and rapid decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, launch, and scale new acquisition channels with a focus on profitability• Work with alternative advertising networks (high-risk) and discover new growth opportunities• Analyze advertising campaigns, uncover insights, and test hypotheses• Assign tasks to the creative team and provide feedback on creatives• Interact with partners and advertising platforms• Quickly identify anomalies and make decisions
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing• Experience in high-risk verticals: AI, Dating, Interactive entertainment / Digital gaming content, VPN, Crypto, Adult, etc.• Experience managing large advertising budgets• Strong data-driven approach and analytical thinking• Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency• Self-reliance and results-orientation• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty
